Reverb began in 2010 as a way to reflect on the past year and project into the next year. The original reverb creators decided not to run the project again in 2011, but Meredith and Sarah fell in love with reverb and didn’t want to see it die, so they hosted Reverb11 in December 2011 and again in December 2012, this time teaming up with their mutual friend Kat. In 2013, their friend Kim joined in. And now they are a foursome leading the reverb bandwagon.
Reverb is a way to reflect on the past year and project into the next year with a prompt a day for 31 days. These prompts are meant to be answered in posts on personal blogs, and anyone can join in. The team welcomes participants to interpret the prompt in a personal way. Or modify the prompt to fit one’s needs. The point is to remember, revisit, reframe, reexamine the past year and share those stories with the reverb community. There is no right or wrong answer and a million ways to consider each prompt.
The Reverb team welcomes you to join in. Answer one prompt. Answer all the prompts. Answer some of the prompts. Maybe just answer the prompt in a Tweet or as an Instagram post. Or perhaps answer the prompt with a photo or graphic. Be creative, let loose.
